In a city of 749,000 with January averaging -16.4°C, the locksmith who answers first wins the emergency jobs across Winnipeg, the Perimeter, and nearby towns.
William picks up every locksmith call, sorts the real jobs from the noise, and sends you clean, ready-to-run work while you stay on the road.
William answers in seconds when someone is stuck outside a house in St. Vital or locked out of a car off Portage, takes the details, and books the job before they dial your competitor.
William asks for address, neighborhood, vehicle details, and job type, filters out bad-fit or out-of-area calls, then routes real Winnipeg and Perimeter jobs to the right on-call tech.
Every call gets a summary with caller info, lock or vehicle details, quoted range, and urgency, so invoicing landlords, tracking auto work, and keeping repeat clients organized around Winnipeg is simple.
Built for phone-heavy, emergency-first locksmith work in Winnipeg, not for office desks.
William sits on your existing phone line and picks up like a dispatcher. It asks the key locksmith questions such as where you are, what is locked, vehicle or lock details, and how urgent it is, then either books the job, forwards it to you or your tech, or holds it if you are unavailable. You see every call with notes, recordings, and summaries.
Yes. William runs 24/7, so midnight condo lockouts in Downtown Winnipeg or a car lockout in a snowy grocery lot still get answered. It can explain your after-hours rates, gather exact location details including cross streets or landmarks, and alert the on-call tech according to your rules.
Yes. William separates real jobs from price shoppers, spam, and out-of-area callers. It collects address, cross streets, vehicle make and model, proof-of-ownership basics, and job type so you only jump on calls that are worth a truck roll in Winnipeg and nearby communities like Headingley, Selkirk, or Niverville.
You control how William introduces itself and what it says, using your pricing ranges, service areas, and tone. It speaks clearly, handles common Winnipeg and Manitoba place names, and sticks to your rules instead of guessing. Most callers just hear a calm dispatcher who answers fast and gives a clear plan.
Setup is simple. You share your services, rough pricing, service area around Winnipeg and the Perimeter, and how you want jobs routed. We build the call flow, test it on your number with real locksmith scenarios, and you can listen to example calls before turning it on for live traffic.
