With nearly 60 inches of rain a year on Puerto Rico's north coast, the gutter company that answers first usually wins the job.
Storms light up your phone while you are on a ladder. William answers in Spanish or English, sorts real gutter jobs from time-wasters, and hands you clean, ready-to-book leads.
When rain hits Condado, Carolina, or Santurce and you cannot pick up, William does. He answers 24/7, gets the leak details, and books or flags the jobs that are worth a fast call-back instead of letting them die on voicemail.
William asks the same questions you would: flat or pitched roof, concrete parapet, active leak, photos, building size, neighborhood, and timing. Bad fits and out-of-area calls get filtered, while solid installs, replacements, and emergency repairs get pushed to you or your estimator.
Every call becomes a summary with address, language, roof type, urgency, and access notes pulled from Spanish, English, or Spanglish. Your team rolls up in Isla Verde or Hato Rey already knowing what materials, ladders, and time the gutter job needs.
Built for San Juan gutter work: fast pickup, clear bilingual intake, and storm-day call control instead of chaos.
William sits on your existing business number and picks up when you cannot. He holds a natural conversation about gutters, flat roofs, parapet walls, and leaks, then collects contact info, address, urgency, and job details. After each call, you get a summary, recording, and transcript so you know exactly what was promised before you drive across the San Juan Metro.
Yes. William is built for bilingual intake in Puerto Rico. He understands Spanish, English, and the mix most callers use, so addresses, roof types, and leak descriptions come through clearly. That means fewer misunderstandings and fewer callbacks just to re-ask basic questions.
Yes, this is where he earns his keep. When a night storm hits over San Juan Bay or an early band rolls through Guaynabo and Bayamon, William keeps answering while you and your crew sleep. He tags active leaks and emergency overflows as urgent, so you can decide which calls get first spots on the next day's route.
William runs a structured script for gutter work: new install vs repair, flat vs pitched roof, number of stories, neighborhood, photos available, and timing. He filters out obvious bad fits, then routes serious installs, hurricane upgrades, and multi-unit jobs to you or a lead tech while parking basic cleanings for slower times.
You can run a live demo using your website and number. We plug William into your San Juan gutter installation content, you call in like a customer, and you hear exactly how he answers, what he asks, and what the call summary looks like. If it does not feel like a fit for your gutter business, you walk away.
